Duong Lam Ancient Village Hideaway Full Day
Meet and greet at your hotel at 7.00am. Start on the journey west to Duong Lam Commune in Ha Tay Province, approximately 50kms from Ha Noi. Begin at the traditional Vietnamese village gate of Mong Phu, built in 1553 under the reign of King Le Thanh Tong. Stop at the village’s communal house, then enjoy the local hospitality with a visit to one of the houses. Continue onto Mia Pagoda, considered the ‘Museum of Buddhist Statues’ in Northern Vietnam with its 287 statues made from wood or soil, as well as its 9 story Lotus Tower. After lunch, head back to Ha Noi with a stop enroute at the famous silk village of Van Phuc. Return to your hotel at about 5.00pm.
